When it comes to remote work, Poland gets it! πŸ‡΅πŸ‡±πŸ™Œ

Poland is one step ahead of a lot of countries. Back in 2021, the government made it official that you can work from home without needing to sign anything with your boss.

And get this, the employer has to give you all the stuff you need to work remotely, like a computer and internet connection. They even have to cover the costs of things like electricity too!

It's no surprise that more and more people are jumping on the remote work train in Poland. Who wouldn't want the flexibility and convenience of working from home, right?

In 2023 Poland has gone one step further in their commitment to remote work.

Poland’s new regulations were signed into law by President Andrzej Duda in 2023. These regulations officially recognize remote work as a valid mode of working and allow employees to work from a location agreed upon with their employer, including their own home. Additionally, employees can work remotely up to 24 days a year to provide care for young children or disabled individuals.

Under the new rules, employers cannot refuse requests to work from home from specific employees, such as parents of children up to four years old, carers of disabled individuals, and pregnant women. If the type of employment allows for remote work, employers must comply with these regulations.

So if you're in Poland and want to work remotely, these new regulations offer greater flexibility and freedom for employees to work from the location of their choice.

Now, here’s a highlight of this week's 100% remote jobsπŸ‘‡
