After searching for a job for six months, Sally felt stuck. She was looking for career growth and a job that met her needs. A job that offered flexibility to fit her life as a mother. She was looking for a hybrid or a remote role so the flexibility was there. After so many rejections, she lost her confidence and needed a reset.
