Before I joined RR, I was losing a lot of time applying for jobs that were not really fully remote. I went through applications, & sometimes interviews, only to realize after much effort, that the companies I approached didn't have a true full remote policy.

RR helped me define a framework to drive my search in a much more efficient way. It helped me understand what were my desires & needs in terms of the perfect fit & match for the next position, and this helped me build confidence in how I should apply. Searching for a remote job is exhausting, but RR gave me the backing I needed & was like having a friend giving me the right help & push I needed. Now I can enjoy life with my loved ones, in my home country!

Joel’s Story

Joel had worked in London for many years. Then when the pandemic allowed him to work from home in Mauritius he realised he didn't want to return to London, despite the company pressuring him to return. He was losing a lot of time applying for jobs that were not even remote. He had real difficulty finding an employer who would hire him due to his nationality.

After joining the programme he was able to ****define a framework to drive his search in a much more efficient way. Also understood what were his desires and needs in terms of the perfect fit and match for the next position, and this naturally helped him build confidence. He received two offers and accepted one that has allowed him to work from anywhere! He now spends his free time sailing and diving which he couldn’t do in London!
