We’re growing here at Remote Rebellion and we’re looking for someone smart and ambitious who loves connecting with people (online) and wants to help them live their best life!

What you’ll be doing:

We get around 30+ inbound leads daily via LinkedIn and our CRM, Go High Level. 

As SDR, AKA ‘Remote Work Dream Maker’, you’ll respond to all queries, and engage people on a personal level to understand their challenges and struggles, emphasise and, if appropriate, help them understand which RR service could be a solution to their problem.

There are multiple avenues for growth in this role, whether that’s expanding into B2B sales, marketing,  community management, events, or retreats…we’re open to your crazy ideas!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead qualification

  • Inbound lead nurturing via LinkedIn, Email and CRM to get discovery calls booked 

  • Creating automations & follow-up systems to optimise your time

  • Outbound lead generation on social media and other methods

  • Attending online & in-person events to promote RR

  • Working in synergy with marketing & ops

Who you are

  • A driven salesperson with at least 1 year’s experience successfully exceeding B2C sales targets, ideally service-based

  • Skilled at lead qualification and nurturing, getting qualified leads booked onto calls 

  • You know how to use a CRM to manage leads effectively and follow up

  • Curious and proactive - you’re always looking for ways to learn, improve and take feedback very seriously.

  • Tonnes of common sense- you know how to use AI to your advantage rather than rely on it for everything

  • Solution-oriented. You don’t see problems, you see challenges to overcome

  • Empathetic - you have the ability to understand others' problems, show empathy and only provide potential solutions if it's a good match

  • You’ve worked remotely in the past 3 years and can communicate well asynchronously

  • Native-level English language

  • The secret code is 28 - you’ll need this to apply ;)


It’s a bonus if you also have:

  • International experience, having worked with a small but globally distributed remote team

  • B2B service sales experience

  • Email marketing/ Copywriting experience

  • Knowledge of coaching, either having worked with coaches or had some coaching yourself

  • Used LinkedIn for sales

  • Experience using Circle.so, Slack, Go High Level, Notion

The finer details: 

  • Whilst you’ll invoice us from your company each month and take care of your own taxes etc, this is a long-term role

  • Pay details: €4,000+ OTE per month. This is made up of a €700-€1000 base (depending on experience) + commission.

    • This is a realistic OTE for months 2-6 after you get set up. 

    • After 6 months the commission can be much higher as it’s uncapped!

  • There are no set hours, so long as you respond to people within 2 working days. We estimate you’ll need at least 25 hours a week to hit your targets and more if you’re ambitious and want to exceed these!

  • Location/Timezone preferred is EMEA, but we are open to applications based anywhere. 

  • You need the right remote work set up- fast and reliable internet connection, a quiet space, a quality working laptop, headset/ microphone, a camera and the right tools and software installed
