✨ Virtual/Personal Assistant

100% Remote [Asia Timezone: GMT+6 - GMT+10]

Who we are

At Remote Rebellion, we help professionals break free from the 9-to-5 grind and land real, flexible remote jobs- the kind that don’t secretly drag you into an office “once a month for culture.”

Things are growing fast, and Michelle and the team are looking for someone who loves variety, takes initiative, and makes chaos feel calm.

If you’re the one your friends describe as “the organised one,” keep reading…

What we’re looking for

  • We don’t care about degrees or where you’re from. We care about how you work with the team, how you communicate and your performance. You must have the following to apply:

  • Business fluency in English- You speak and write in native-level English

  • At least 1 year of experience as a VA, EA, PA or business support/ Ops role in a remote startup environment

  • Grit — you don't make excuses-, you’re reliable, and you show up consistently, even on tough days

  • Attention to detail — typos and messy spreadsheets make your eye twitch. You’re super organised, borderline obsessive (in a good way)

  • Practiveness- and don’t wait to be told; you anticipate what needs doing and fix it before anyone even knows it's a problem! You know how to figure things out without needing hand-holding.

  • Technical proficiency with professional experience of the following tools: Google Suite, Notion, and AI

  • Ability to adapt -When things shift (and they will), you pivot and keep going, you don’t get overwhelmed with constant change

  • Growth-Mindset. You take feedback seriously, not personally and you strive to find solutions, not problems.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience using Slack, Hubspot, N8n, Squarespace, Calendly

  • Copywriting, Social Media and/or Video editing skills

  • Basic design skills, using Canva

  • Experience with community management, ideally in Circle

  • Worked in marketing, recruitment or coaching

  • Have used LinkedIn for inbound/ outbound lead gen and nurturing
