Michelle is a good judge of character, and can tell when you're either "playing it safe" or conversely being a little over-optimistic. Great advice on salary/daily rate negotiation and contract negotiation; but also on learning to follow your heart not, not just chasing the dollar. She was a great help in mapping out steps to take in the short-term so that my long-term goals weren't sacrificed for the here-and-now.
