I stumbled upon Michelle's profile on LinkedIn one day due to my large network in Southeast Asia around the end of January 2022. I was somewhat hesitant at first to engage a coach since I had previous experience that wasn't what I expected.
Around mid-February 2022, I booked a Discovery Call with her and we instantly clicked! Moreover, the programme was very fitting for my needs. I needed someone who would really help with finding suitable remote jobs and with the application process including tailoring the CV and cover letter for each job. I immediately signed up for the 8-week coaching programme!
Through her coaching programme, I gained confidence in my CV, cover letter, skills and experiences. She also found a lot of interesting jobs for me. Basically, she gave me the tools to continue my remote job hunt and applications on my own. I was called for several interviews and tests. I landed a remote job too!
Michelle also encouraged me to create a more impactful LinkedIn profile, post more and network more. The results have been amazing! She's an excellent remote job coach ⭐
After working with Michelle as a client for 8 sessions, I felt that I wanted to assist her in guiding others in finding remote work. So I approached her about joining her team. At the time, Michelle needed a virtual assistant, and I was glad she agreed. The experience has been incredible since I joined her team in March 2022.
