I'd been applying to jobs and sometimes getting callbacks but knew that I had more to offer than potential employers were realizing - I just didn't know how to change my CV. Michelle took a look at my CV, told me everything I had to fix, prepped me for the interview when I got called back, and I'm now at the final stages of that interview at the time of writing this.

She knows what she's doing and she has the experience to back it up as she was recruiting for years (and it shows). Plus, she's been working remotely since before it was more common so she's not selling you a dream - she's living it, herself. If you put the work in, she'll get you noticed. Why experiment with different ways to write your CV/applications when you can have direct access to the insight of someone who hired people for a living?
