Who you are
At least 1 year’s experience managing and growing a company's social media account/s- specifically Instagram & LinkedIn
Attention to detail and organisation come naturally to you. You’re a stickler for doing things right and spot errors before hitting send!
Creative - you have an eye for design and have some graphic design skills in your arsenal and some basic video /reel editing skills
Solution-oriented. You know how to research to fix things and use AI to your advantage.
Tonnes of common sense and proactive - you’re always looking for ways to learn, improve and take feedback very seriously.
‘Near native’ level English language (spoken & written)

It’s a bonus if you also have:
International experience, having worked with a globally distributed team
Experience in Communications/ Sales/ digital marketing /copywriting/ SEO/
Video editing skills
Experience using Buffer, Circle.so, Canva
What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicating with clients and potential clients via email and social media
Weekly newsletter editing/writing
Creating graphics and videos for social media, presentations, workshops, and worksheets in Canva using our branding
Creating and posting on social media/community, including some basic video/reel editing
Email marketing

Whilst you’ll invoice us each month and take care of your taxes etc, this is a long-term, part-time contract.
Pay is €350 per month + quarterly bonus of €550 for achieved engagement & follower targets on LinkedIn & Instagram
We work off output, not hours, so we don’t track hours worked. We estimate you spend 8-15 hours per week.
The location/timezone preferred is LATAM & EMEA, but we are open to applications based anywhere provided you can be available for at least 1 hour between 8am- 1pm EST every weekday
You need the right remote work set up- fast and reliable internet connection, a quiet space, a quality working laptop, headset/ microphone
The start date will be in December
