They love talking about their startups, but they hate the admin that follows, and the admin that gets them the meetings. That’s where you come in—the Sales Witch, putting the magic back in sales by turning chaos into order.
You don’t need decades of experience—one of our best guys is 19. What matters is a growth mindset and the ability to get shit done without excuses. Maybe you skipped university, but you know you can out-gun the Oxbridge and Ivy League crowd if just given the chance.
You might not be a natural people-person, but your almost supernatural attention to detail is exactly why you’ll power sales operations and run them like clockwork. Most think sales is about being extroverted and loud, but the truth is sales ops is the witchcraft behind the scenes.

Does this sound like you?
Business fluency in English
Experience in Sales Ops/enablement, Business Ops or as an EA, preferably in a startup environment
Super organised, borderline obsessive (in a good way)
Detail-oriented. You don’t miss stuff
Analytical- you get a kick out of looking at metrics and finding ways to improve the numbers
Love systems, structure, and supporting others to hit their goals
Gritty and reliable. You show up consistently, and you never flake
You know how to figure things out without needing hand-holding
You can use HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, LinkedIn and AI tools (or can learn them fast)
You annoy your friends by making to-do lists from a young age
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the magic behind the scenes—keeping sales running smoothly, freeing founders to focus on deals, and building systems that scale. Expect a mix of hands-on admin, tech wizardry, and strategic support.
Keep HubSpot (and other CRM tools) clean, updated, and humming.
Research leads, find emails, and keep databases tidy—then help us automate the boring bits.
Organise and book meetings, plus track sales metrics, spot gaps, and create clear reports.
Automate outreach and follow-ups with tools like Lemlist, Clay, and whatever better ones you discover.
Jump in where needed to solve problems, streamline workflows, and suggest smarter ways of working.
Join “power hours” with founders/sales reps and other witches to sharpen skills and share tricks.
Support the full sales cycle: proposals, RFPs, client coordination, and keeping everything on track.
Create dashboards and insights for founders, leadership, and investors to make decisions fast.
Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and training resources so everyone sells smarter.
Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, product, and finance—making sure no balls get dropped.
Feed insights from the field back into product and GTM strategies so we always stay sharp.
The deal:
The role is available part-time and full-time and will pay between $20,000- $80,000USD depending on experience/ skillset
You’re a contractor to a Singapore company, paid monthly to whatever bank account you want (you handle your taxes etc, we can help if you need).
You’ll work with one or (max) two of the startups that we work with.
You’ll get clear direction, we will teach you the tools to use, and we’ll back you with support

You will work with us and the community of other witches and other successful founders
You will have flexibility, except for one hour a day, where you will have to be in our “power hours” together. These will be with us in Bali, or online.
A bit about us.
Sales Witch is a brand new venture started by Luke- a serial successful entrepreneur and investor, Ned- the B2B Sales Yoda and Michelle- The Queen of Remote Work!
Ned & Luke co-founded a very successful company together in 2016 and stayed great friends.
Michelle worked as a recruiter at Tigerspike, the company Luke founded. She quit because the company forced RTO after the pandemic, and she moved to Bali, where they met for the first time in 2021.
Together, we’re building the best remote sales witch coven in the world, on the front lines and behind the scenes. You would be our very first hire.
If you are successful at this, then one day you could be the co-founder or COO of a startup that we set up together- if that’s what you want, of course.
