Remote Rebellion is on a mission to help people escape the 9–5 and build flexible, remote-first careers. Now we’re looking for a Sales Manager to build the systems, lead the team, and close high-value deals that drive our next phase of growth.

This is a big-impact, player-coach role for someone who combines leadership, autonomy, and sharp commercial instincts.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead a growing sales team while also rolling up your sleeves and closing key deals. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, documenting and refining the end-to-end Remote Rebellion Sales Playbook

  • Defining, tracking and reporting on pipeline velocity, stage conversions and win rates

  • Managing and mentoring SDRs and AEs through weekly pipeline reviews and 1:1s

  • Acting as the primary closer for strategic or complex opportunities

  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Revenue on sales funnel optimisation

  • Recruiting and onboarding future sales hires as the team grows

  • Maintaining top-tier CRM hygiene and data quality across all deals

  • Designing incentive and comp structures to motivate performance

Who You Are

We don’t care about degrees or where you’re from. We care about how you lead, communicate, and perform.

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C (ideally service-based) sales, successfully exceeding targets, with at least 2 of those years in a leadership or process-building role.

  • Grit. Like, actually gritty. Not just a ‘hashtag Gritty’

  • Empathy. Your EQ is through the roof, you genuinely care about helping people and take the time to really listen, and only provide potential solutions if it's a good match

  • Strong pipeline management and CRM skills (Hubspot experience ideal)

  • You’ve worked remotely before and can communicate well asynchronously across time zones and work well autonomously, managing your own schedule

  • Resourcefulness- you’re not afraid to ask questions and you don’t wait to be told what to do- you figure stuff out and come with solutions, not problems.

  • Growth mindset. You’re resilient and you handle rejection without taking it personally—ready to take feedback, learn, adapt and get better every day

  • You’re tech-savvy, you know how to use the right tools to make your life easier, without overusing AI!

  • You speak and write in native-level English

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in marketing, recruitment or coaching

  • Have used LinkedIn for inbound/ outbound lead gen and nurturing

  • Have worked with or been coached by a professional coach

  • Have international experience or worked in a small globally distributed team

  • Know your way around tools like Circle.so, Notion, Slack and Google Workspace

The Finer Details

  • Contract basis: you'll invoice us monthly and handle your own taxes

  • Pay structure:

    • Base salary starts at €2,500/month and increases to €3,500 based on revenue performance

    • Commission ranges from 3%–5% of total sales revenue generated by you and your team each month, depending on performance

    • OTE: €4,000–€7,000+/month

  • Time commitment: This is a full-time role, yet we don’t track hours; we track results! You must be able to work a crossover of AMER/ CET hours.

  • You’ll need a solid remote setup: fast & reliable internet, camera, mic, quiet workspace, and all required tools ready to go
