Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What You’ll Be Doing

We receive over 30 inbound leads daily via LinkedIn and email. You’ll be the first human contact they have, guiding them toward the right service or resource.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging inbound leads via Socials, email, and CRM

  • Qualifying leads and booking them into discovery calls

  • Setting up automations and smart follow-up systems

  • Generating outbound leads- we want you to be creative here!

  • Representing Remote Rebellion at online and occasional in-person events [optional]

  • Collaborating with marketing, ops, and remote work coaches in the team

Who You Are

We don’t care if you’re 18 or 68, if you have a degree or you don’t. The things that we do want are:

  • A driven salesperson with at least 1 year’s experience, successfully exceeding B2C sales targets, ideally service-based

  • Grit. Like, actually gritty. Not just a ‘hashtag Gritty’

  • Empathy. Your EQ is through the roof,  you genuinely care about helping people and take the time to really listen, and only provide potential solutions if it's a good match 

  • Skilled at lead qualification and nurturing, getting qualified leads booked onto calls and keeping a clean pipeline using a CRM 

  • You’ve worked remotely before and can communicate well asynchronously across time zones and work well autonomously, managing your own schedule

  • Resourcefulness- you’re not afraid to ask questions and you don’t wait to be told what to do- you figure stuff out and come with solutions, not problems. 

  • Growth mindset. You’re resilient and you handle rejection without taking it personally—ready to take feedback, learn, adapt  and get better every day

  • You’re tech-savvy, you know how to use the right tools to make your life easier, without overusing AI!

  • You speak and write in native-level English

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in B2B service sales, recruitment or coaching

  • Have used LinkedIn for inbound/ outbound lead gen and nurturing

  • Have worked with or been coached by a professional coach

  • Have international experience or worked in a small globally distributed team

  • Know your way around tools like Circle.so, Notion, Slack and Hubspot, Google Workspace

The Finer Details

  • Contract basis: you'll invoice us monthly and handle your own taxes

  • Pay structure:

    •  €1,000 base- increasing to €2,800 based upon performance

    • 5%- 7% on every sale of The Remote Job Academy, with OTE in the first 6 months around €3,000pm 

  • Time commitment: This is a full-time role, yet we don’t track hours; we track results! You must be able to work EST/ CET hours.

  • You’ll need a solid remote setup: fast & reliable internet, camera, mic, quiet workspace, and all required tools ready to go
