Who You Are

You’ve got grit, like, actually gritty. Not just a ‘hashtag Gritty’

Maybe you’ve:

  • Built a business that failed, and you bounced back

  • Experienced poverty and had to struggle to survive

  • Moved countries and had to start over

  • Served in the military or ‘army brat’

  • Overcome severe adversity

  • Whatever your story - you’ve faced challenges, learned fast, and kept showing up.

What we’re looking for:

We don’t care about degrees or where you’re from. We care about how you treat people and how you communicate and perform.

Traits/ Experience you must have:

  • 3+ years of consultative or service-based B2C sales experience (coaching, education, recruitment etc)- you’ve closed mid & high ticket sales

  • You speak and write in native-level English

  • Empathy. Your EQ is through the roof, you genuinely care about helping people and take the time to really listen, and only provide potential solutions if it's a good match

  • 🧭 Assertive- You can spot what’s holding someone back, and help them take decisive action.

  • 🔥 You thrive on performance - goals motivate you, not scare you.

  • 💻 You’ve worked in a remote, fast-moving startup, and you have the tech know-how to match

  • 💪 Grit/ Resilience. Rejection doesn’t faze you; it fuels you.

  • 🧭 Adaptable. When things shift (and they will), you pivot and keep going.

  • 🔥 Accountable. You own your pipeline, your workload, mindset, and your results.

  • 🌱 Growth-oriented. You take feedback seriously, not personally and you strive to find solutions, not problems.

    Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in marketing, recruitment or coaching

  • Have used LinkedIn for inbound/ outbound lead gen and nurturing

  • Have worked with or been coached by a professional coach

  • Have worked in international remote teams

  • Know your way around tools like Circle.so, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace and AI

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the entire sales pipeline to convert suitable high-value leads into ‘Remote Rebels’

  • Be a strategist, not just a rep. We expect you to bring your experience and seniority to the table. You will proactively analyze call data, identify trends and collaborate with the team to refine our offer and sales messaging.

  • Taking qualified discovery calls (95% inbound warm leads) and helping potential Rebels (clients) decide whether The Remote Job Academy is right for them.

  • Using emotional intelligence to understand their goals, challenges, and readiness and matching them to the right program.

  • Managing your own pipeline and keeping HubSpot squeaky-clean.

  • Following up with leads via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp (with warmth and persistence).

  • Sharing feedback on what you’re hearing from the market to help improve content, funnels, and offers.

  • Bringing your knowledge and your ideas to help scale the business sustainably

The Deal

  • This is a full-time role, and you’re one of the crew here. In order to remain a work-from-anywhere company, you will you'll invoice us monthly as a contractor and handle your own taxes

  • Pay structure:

    • Base salary starts at €2,500/month

    • Commission ranges from 4-8% for each sale of the Remote Job Academy

    • OTE: €5,000–€8,000+/month within 6 months, more in consequent months

  • Must be able to work EST with some flexibility/ crossover for CET mornings [flexibility works both ways here]

  • You’ll need a solid remote setup: fast & reliable internet, camera, mic, quiet workspace, and all required tools ready to go
