What you’ll be doing:

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives when given full autonomy. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Implementing our cross-channel Social Media strategy, scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and responding to messages and comments

  • Email Marketing, including writing newsletters tailored to our target audience

  • Writing and posting Blog posts, ensuring they are SEO optimized

  • Ad hoc Website updates

  • Creating simple visuals on Canva to accompany our content

  • Capture and analyse data, making recommendations and improvements accordingly

  • Basic video/reel editing on CapCut

  • Managing our community from time to time

This role is multifaceted in an ever-changing startup where you’ll be context-switching and having things change regularly. Due to the fluidity of the company and the role, you’ll be able to develop in the areas you’re most interested in. 

This is NOT for you if you:

  • Struggle with change

  • Are looking for a Head of Marketing to train you and give you instructions

  • Want clear processes & structures in place already

  • Do not have an eye for details & design

  • Haven’t worked remotely before

Skills & Experience required:

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing at startups, touching upon several areas of digital marketing

  • At least 1 year’s experience managing and growing a company's social media account/s- specifically Instagram AND LinkedIn

  • Attention to detail and organisation come naturally to you. You’re a stickler for doing things right and spot errors before hitting send!

  • Creative - you have an eye for design and have some graphic design skills in your arsenal

  • Proactive and resourceful -you don’t wait for instructions, instead you know how to research and use AI intelligently, finding suitable solutions.

  • Lifelong learner- you’re always looking for ways to learn, improve and take feedback very seriously.

  • Open and honest - you’re comfortable challenging ideas and saying no when needed.

  • ‘Near native’ level English language (spoken & written)

  • The secret code is 28 - you’ll need this to apply ;)

    It’s a bonus if you also have:

  • International experience & worked with a globally distributed team

  • Experience in Communications/ Sales/Copywriting/ SEO

  • Video editing skills

  • Experience using Buffer, Circle.so, ContentI, Go High Level, Squarespace

The finer details:

  • This is a full-time long-term contract role paying €1500 per month

  • The location/timezone preferred is LATAM & EMEA, but we are open to applications based anywhere provided you can be available between 12-4 pm CET Monday-Friday

  • You need the right remote work set up; fast and reliable internet connection, a quiet space, a quality working laptop, a headset/ microphone

  • We are looking to hire someone before April 2025, so wish to move quickly with the interview process.
